YAML adapters ``from_yaml`` and ``to_yaml`` allow reading and writing YAML files or strings.

Dependencies
============

In order to support YAML adapters ``pyyaml`` or ``ruamel.yaml`` libraries must be installed
in your python environment. Alternatively, install ``ilexconf`` with extras:
